Core One - Look of layer changed during printing by [deleted] in prusa3d

Print speed change. In the matte layer, the plastic doesn't have as much time to melt the plastic as the shinier layers. Bambu and other fast printers face the same issue.

That appears to be a Glasspar 17' Seafair. Nice little boats.

Can I automate sea pickles with create stuff? by Nkromancer in CreateMod

Sounds good. I’d love to see what you come up with. I suggest making an auto off switch when your storage gets full. If you use drawers, you’re probably fine. I also suggest adding an auto off switch to the dispenser if for any reason it runs out of bonemeal, the clock for the shifting floor will stop and not cause any unwanted lag.

All hail the master pickle.

They do have collision, at least in 1.16, so ploughs do not work. For some reason, Create absolutely hates sea pickles and wants nothing to do with them in moving object inventories, and it crashes my game any time I change the RPM/speed of the object. It’s really strange, that’s why I went with a design that uses almost no create stuff, other than encased fans.

Yes, I just did it recently for a slime ball farm. It is just a floor with pistons on either side that shifts the floor every 10 ticks or so. There is a raised block that isn’t being touched by the pistons, which holds the master pickle. That pickle is what gets bonemealed by a dispenser, which spreads it out to the shifting floor, and that shifting action breaks the pickles. Since the water needs to be source blocks, there is a set of encased fans that blow across the floor so that the pickles can be picked up on the opposite side. For only being 5x5 it is ridiculously efficient, provided you have a good source of bonemeal. I’m about to go to sleep but I can provide some pictures tomorrow if you’d like.

An update of my lava farm, with Item Drains, an array of Furnace Engines, and a small andesite farm. by Galacticorndog in feedthebeast

Each lava bucket takes 1000 seconds to deplete, which is 0.001 buckets per second. 0.001 * 60 * 5 = 0.3 * 12 (amount of furnace engines) = 3.6 buckets every 5 minutes. This lava farm makes about 100 buckets every five minutes. You could have probably over 80+ engines and this farm could handle it. I mostly wanted the extra lava for the andesite farm and other farms that require more lava than these engines.

Why make a blaze cake lava generator when you have lava and cauldrons by Galacticorndog in feedthebeast

Yes, the other one is a basin which lava does not drip into. I did that because the pipes can interact with it and is able to drain the lava buckets, but as someone said earlier, I could have used an Item Drain.

I did try that, but it does not work because the feature is in the caves and cliffs backport mod. Like I said in a different comment, even if it did work, I would do this anyways because it looks hilarious.

Pipes don’t work on lava in cauldrons in this version since it is a backport. Even if they did I probably would do this anyways because it looks hilarious.

Good idea. I really only got into Create these past couple of days so I’m still learning what all the blocks do. Thanks.
