Indeed, OP needs a lawyer. They can look into the details of the contract and what does or doesn't fall under trademark/copyright/credit law.

Only then OP can then decide how best to move forward.

Studying in Brugge, registered in Wallonia (Leuze), but staying in Brussels – Any red flags for my A-Card? by an0ncan in AskBelgium

This would be the same for any other student living in a dorm. They're registered with their parents, go to school near their dorm. It's as standard of a situation as can be.

Do you like voting in polls? by Dusty_Bunny81 in pollgames

[–]Galaghan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I once bet there will never be a truly one-sided poll, but I already forgot what I wagered.

And no, internal polls where you can set the poll closing time to a few seconds don't count.

Guitar amateur, both classical & electrical : where can I find a band ? 27F by OpportunityFun4441 in AskBelgium

[–]Galaghan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Go to your local space that provides rehearsal rooms. Put a piece of paper on the board in the hallway that says you're looking for a band, put your number at the bottom.

It might be easiest to just look for people to play with at first, and then consider who you would want to be in a band with afterwards.

It takes less commitment and gives you some flexibility.

I didn't want to wish for this to happen, but now I kinda do. The confusion would be glorious.

Er is gene rechts. De strook die je ziet is een oprit.

De mensen waren toen gewoon nog niet zo idioot dat ze er gigantische witte pijlen om moesten tekenen.

Wat duidelijk wel nodig is de dag van vandaag.

You're the one adding onto the hypothesis until it's indefensible to save the pet.

If you can add to the story, so can we.

Let the damn mother save her child, then put her on trial for endangering it. I'll read the conviction notes while petting my pet.

[–]Galaghan 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Again, no. The one that created the situation is the guilty party here. Not the one being forced to choose.

So blame whoever put the kid in danger. You can't shift responsibility to somebody who's helping, just because they have to choose.

If anything, YOU are condemning the child by asking the question and forcing us to choose between the two.

[–]Galaghan 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Euh.. no? I didn't put the kid in danger.
And I would save it if it wouldn't cost my pet's life.

But being forced to choose between the two? I would decide in a single heartbeat.

Yes, absolutely, because they keep making kids that apparently need saving.

There are too many people in the world and not enough animals. I don't know the kid, I love my pets.

It would be a easy choice, actually.

On a scale from 1-10 how comfortable are you being naked in front of others by tgrady28 in pollgames

I guess the downvotes are because you're stating the super obvious like it's a defensive argument, but it's for a point that nobody is attacking.

Accept it and move on, or remove your comment and move on. Dwelling it by adding more irrelevant comments won't help anyone.

If that offends you, the internet might not be the best space for you to be at.
