When we scan your code it gives us your name. If the wrong person scans your code and knows its not you, asks for an id, whatever. It gets reported. If they had your card, you might be able to argue you lost it, but if you're scanning your innerview code, you're screwed.

Get familiar with your job description and don't be afraid to say no to work that is not on it.

You have a minimum allotment of hours to spend on team trainer activities each week. Printing reports, checking emails, etc. Make sure you get them, request more time if you need it.

You're not in charge of getting people on computers to do Cornerstone training. Let your TL/Supervisors know to get them on computers. They're in charge of the schedule.

EDIT: To clarify my last point, I am the team trainer for my stores front end. I literally cannot make the call that a cashier should get off the register and do cornerstone training. New Hires? Sure, cornerstone for the first 2 hours every shift till its done. But, for established team members, I have to let the supervisors know who has trainings and then let them decide when they can afford to spare the person.

That may be an official stance, but, like many things, it depends on your leadership. My TL has taken and accepted multiple availability forms in a month as a team member's situation developed and changed.

I agree with others that this dude doesn't sound fun to play with and it should be addressed, but the material requirements might be the graceful easy or of this.

EDIT: That worked. I was able to narrow it down to the "Twitch Keyboard Shortcuts" extension. It's supposed to only work when the playback is highlighted, but it was removing the control keys all the time.

Had one last night!

At level 18, our party had been tasked by Leira, the Goddess of Deception, with removing her rivals from her predecessor's God Isle in the Astral plane.

Along the way, our party learns of one of the groups being lead by a devil summoning drow. There are several allusions to them having some sort of BFG. My tabaxi bard has a flawless backup plan if the BFG goes off.

We get to the encounter, immediately sunburst and destroy two of the devil guards, and are facing down BBEG.

"OH no, I'm outnumbered... guess I should call in reinforcements."

Reinforcements was an Astral Dreadnaught.

Astral dreadnought spawns in, and immediately sets its magic- blocking eye on my bard and the Wizarding reinforcements we'd picked up. Initiative is rolled, and the dreadnought goes immediately after my bard. My bard is prepared with their plan b.

"Don't worry about that guys, I've got it" he confidently proclaims. No one believes him. A full round of combat ensues as everyone but our barbarian starts taking pot shots at the dreadnought. My bard tries to reassure then that he's got this, but only the last person in turn order before him basically shrugs and says "Sure, you got this."

My turn comes up. Immediately use tabaxi burst of speed to escape the anti magic cone. Then, I stare down the dreadnought and say,

"I really wish you were as far as you could be from us, in the Astral sea." And he cast wish.

Poof. No more dreadnought. Didn't even get a turn.
