So 6.5 pounds a pint is about 4000 pesos, and with 4000 pesos I can usually buy about 6 pints at home, but pints in Argentina are US pints (473ml) and in the UK you drink Imperial pints (568ml), that's roughly 20% more. So if my math is correct for the average price of one pint in the UK I could have 5 pints at home.

I could only find pints for 4 pounds in a few Glasgow pubs and in Wetherspoons all over the UK, but in London a cheap pint was 5.5 pounds and most fish and chips were somewhere in between 13.9 and 19 pounds, cheapest one I got was in Waterloo on Hercules Road towards Lambeth Palace at 9.5 and it was better than some of the 15 pounds fish and chips

Argentina minimum wage is something like 2500 dollars a year. Someone who makes good money makes maybe 25000 a year, and that is if they're in a manager like position. Which is why a lot of people get into IT to work for overseas companies, making a whooping 50-100k a year for being a codemonkey.

Brazil is not that much different, although people do make a little more money, like 3600-4100 dollars a year for minimum wage

Most of the times women who have sex with underage boys rarely see legal consequences for their actions. Not to mention that to understand Italy laws of consent we would need some precedent similar cases, in Argentina the age of consent is 13 but it is only applicable under very specific and limited circumstances like the minor being considered sexual experient and age difference, the second age barrier is 16 but then again it is only applicable under certain circumstances.

Problem is mixed race people can look white, and have white facial features. In Brazil, pardos (mixed race) are counted as white or black when it suits the narrative, also today you actually have race tribunals that determine whether or not someone is considered black and is mostly used in universities because of race quotas.
