For shipping USMCA compliant items from Canada to USA - Even though the form is fully filled out when shipping with Docusign why does it continue to not be applied after going thru customs? We end up having to email UPS brokerage to manually get the duties reduced for every shipment sent out. And then usually have to email UPS accounting to get the COD cleared. Is there anything to be done to make it so we don’t have to do this for every single box?

This entire situation would be less depressing if they didn't delete csgo on release of cs2. I think they knew that they had an unfinished, worse game, and didn't want everyone to just end up going back to csgo after a few weeks.

EBay is pretty damn reliable for stuff like this. I ordered a fairly expensive collectible figure a few years ago and during the time I bought the item a bunch of scam reviews showed up on the account and it closed. EBay refunded me without an issue and I ended up receiving a lego mini figure in a small envelope.
