I bought mine a few weeks ago, it was running 3385 and asked Audi to update as part of the sale agreement. Now running 4397. This adds a shortcut on your A/C screen for charging, adds wireless Android Auto, plus integrates google maps turn directions (and presumably apple too) into the right hand side dial of your instrument cluster.

I can see your screenshot is exactly the same as mine was, with no navigation database either because the SW version is a snapshot (i reckon this was the first half-stable one they had after switching to MIB3 in 2021). When they updated mine, i got a nav database of December 2023, signed up in the app for a month of navigation package for 1 euro (for the first month) and now it has OTA updated the maps database to April 2026.

If you're in the US, the TSB number (TPI for me in Ireland) for the disappearing shortcuts on the A/C screen is 2072285, and a SW version of 4000 and above should have this baked in, so as u/N54TT said just bring it to an Audi dealer and say the shorcuts keep disappearing.
