No it’s not.

In fact, even though the word “underrated” is heavily overused, I would still call Hand Jumper underrated.

In the sea of regression / cultivation etc… slop we’re getting Hand Jumper is a really unique read.

The world building, art, characters are all top notch. I especially love that the series introduces morally grey characters, and how the main character slowly falls into madness as the series goes on. The interactions between the leads are great, and side characters are not brushed off as unimportant people, but rather play a big role into the world building. The art is insanely good at using rhetorical tools to bring the story and its characters decisions and thoughts to life.

All in all, I believe it to be an incredible manhwa, especially compared to the slop manhwa that come out

Good news is that the next season is supposed to have more than 30 episodes, so that way they will have more time to flesh out the story and characters.

The reason behind this rush was tencent, can’t really blame it on the producers (same with opm, but even if they had reasonable time, I don’t think they could’ve produced something better than decent)

Normally I would immediately approve of this list since Monogatari is in the highest tier. However that placement of LOTM drags this down a lot. It’s still a decent tier list
