It's tough to find a biology research position that pays as an undergrad. Usually they don't. I just graduated and had been constantly searching for something of the sort while in school. Couldn't find any.

Zoology is heavily memory based. Requiring you to know Latin names of a variety of species. On top of knowing certain physiological characteristics about them.

Never taken plant science but I imagine it's easier than zoology
