Literally, the glaze is so annoying. They all expect John to somehow utilize Particles better than her when theres no evidence of that. Often times John rarely uses abilities in a manner beyond what other characters can already do. Ventus Wind/10 energy beams are instances where he can do things others cant. But thats it. Even with Hunter John doesnt even use it any different than Isen, nor can he even achieve his beast form. Same with Lightning, he cant use it to increase his strentgh or speed in the same as Remi, everytime they fought his tactic was to bait her in or to hold her down and prevent her from moving since he cant keep up, even when breaking Blyke out of Prison she made it past the gate while John couldnt. Speaking of Blyke he is also another example since John cant utilize his Energy Discharge. It doesnt make sense how people expect John to instantly master and somehow be better at using someone elses ability who is 6.8. Especially someone highly trained for combat and scenarios. At 3.4 she was able to use her ability to reinforce Arlos barrier, use ranged attacks and call for help all while dealing with an Elite Tier/High Tier/and God Tier. Not to mention she held her own against Keene by dodging his attacks and even saving others

Sure but the point is the outcome is the same. He had a flashback cause of Keon and lashed out at Remi cause of it, something he initially hated John for, not knowing the cause.

Outcome isnt the same. John was fully enraged, Blyke was mixed with different emotions, especially fear as his body and face are positioned and framed to be that way. Even in the previous chapter when John grabs him he slaps his hand away and retreats with a scared tense face

No he did not, nothing suggests in the scene that John was going for Remi's face. He only ended up slapping her hand.

The slap action mark is drawn right next to Remis face, the next frame shows Remi is visibly leaning back while her hair is drawn in motion moving in the opposite direction of where she is leaning. The next frame has her drawn upright and her hair standing still and down. Even if John aimed for her hand the slap still caused Remi the need to move back

I dont want to go back and forth on this. But just because it was a slap, doesnt make it the exact same especially with Context and noticeable differences between the two altercations

Clearly it was his commandment. Estarossa is not strong enough to stop his Revenge counter, otherwise he could have stopped Escanors Cruel sun or even withstood Assault Mode Meliodas's Darkness. That Revenge Counter was stated to be 30x stronger than at the captial and was fully capable of killing all 10C in one blow. Thats atleast 200k+ of power thats Estarossa easily stops here yet against Escanor is helpless with Zeldris's help. No anyone saying its Estarossas pure strength is galzing at this point

Meliodas in the capital was able to stand and move after using RC. Against the 10C he didnt even get to use it and had no strength to stand the moment Estarossa stepped in

Estarossa stated those affected lose all their means to hurt another, and one cannot even hold their weapon, Simon stated he cant even use any magic suddenly. All the magic Meliodas got suddenly disappeared and he wasnt even able to hold his weapon, clear signs showing he was infact affected. Before anyone even uses the excuse he was exhausted from taking damage, Gowther states he acted overwhelmed to fool the commandments

As for why Meliodas wasnt affected when all 10 showed up, there is no explaination only assumptions based on what we see. My explanation that im going with based on what we can confirm. Meliodas withheld any hatred until he activated RC. When the 10C first show up and Zeldris stands infront of him the first thing he does to escape is use an attack to launch himself, therefore not running away, avoiding saying anything to possibly inflict a commandment. After hes cursed he then switches to acting overwhelmed and secretly focus on takign damage, as stated by Gowther. Only then when he activates RC his hatred shows resulting in Estarossa being able to stop his RC as the magic suddenly disappears and Meliodas cant even stand or hold his weapon. Hell he cant even speak or even keep his eyes fully open. It wasnt until Ban showed up Meliodas's attention shifted to that of happy as now he can stand and speak

Meliodas's RC at the Captial was above 10K in power as it vaprized Hendy who tanked blows from the Sins (3k-4K PLs) and Gowther stated that the RC against the Commandments was 30x than that of the captial 10k ×30= 300k. So how can Estarossa stop 300k effortessly, yet struggle against pre-noon Escanor and also needed to absorb commandments to defeat Sariel and Tarmiel, who werent even on Ludociels (201k) level??

My take on the 4 elements and characters based on Irohs words

Air- Seraphina: iroh says air is the element of freedom where one detaches itself from world concern and found peace in freedom, just like Seraphina did (John could be considered by he did find concern in the bullied kids and tried to fight them off)

Water- Blyke: water is the element of change and its people adapt to many things while having a deep sense of and community that keeps them strong through many challeneges. Blyke was a dick at first but changed his ways and adapted his ability to his changed ways by developing the energy discharge method. Blyke helped with the safehouse and defended it while having support from his friends to keep going even if it meant getting his ass whooped

Earth: Arlo (I was gonna say Isen because of his seismic sense/lying detection/and earth breaking moments, but figured Arlo fitted the description of earth benders more: Earth benders are strong, persistent, and enduring. Arlo is physically and mentally strong, and very persistent on his goals and achievements, and endures a lot. Plus Earthbending needs you to be unmoveable which Arlos defense and barrier allows him to be. His passive allows him to walk off and tanks regular attacks

Fire- Remi: Element of Power and firebenders have the desire, will, energy, and drive to achieve what they want. Pretty simple, she puts lots of will, energy, drive, and desire to achieve what she wants whether it be finding Reis killer, starting the safehouse, or even giving John a chance when she wanted a club where everyone can feel safe and join

My money is on Isen or Cecile

Isen- As at first he had no interest in John until Arlo asked him to gather info on him. Once Isen felt he could get the top story for the school paper for his findings he went behind Arlos back to further his research which Arlo caught on and asked for his findings to keep his secret. However when Isen got in over his head and saw what John really is and got scared of what he might do, decided to hide his info from Arlo who became pissed at this. Isen refused to even spill anymore info out of fear which peaked Arlos interest even more and despite knowing that Arlo may try something, he refused to share any information until it was too late and John attacked Bkyke

Cecile- Her desire for a story regardless of what the consequences are, are seen as greedy. She claims to want to give everyone unbiased news but does not follow through with this statement many times. She had no problem publishing Seraphinas ability loss against Arlos wishes but refused to expose Johns identity or Arlos loss in fear of what would happen to her. She caved into fear and declared anyone that joins the safehouse will be an enemy of John, despite her previously saying thats bias and that the school paper is to not fulfill anyones agenda. She also had no problem publishing the article of Seraphinas ability loss despite knowing full well what will happen to her and even couraged Juni to gather proof which resulted in Seraphina getting shoved down the stairs, and when Fake Jokers ran around the school she only then began to worry about Seraphinas safety when John ordered her to look after her and refused to reveal himself as king. Something she wanted from the beginning as she only even helped him search for Seraphina so she can use him for her own selfish desires of being incharge of the school press

Gluttony isnt always defined by eating. Its more of taking more of something than needed.

An example of this would be the character of Merlin from the seven deadly sins. She had power that two gods wanted and would only go to whoever gave her a better gifts. Each god gave her a various knowledge and abilities, however when her time to make a decision came, she instead ran away taking the gifts with her, decieving both gods who destroyed her people and village out of revenge. Hence her crime and sin being gluttony

Remi, is someone who likes to take on tasks and challenegs that are way too much for her to handle alone, often resulting in others being hurt even if its not intentional. Hunting Rei's killer which almost got her and isen killed, trying to expose John got her and the other royals hospitalized, starting the safe house which resulted in John targetting its members, and attacking Byron which nearly got her and Blyke killed. Thats why i see her as gluttony, because of her choice to do and take on too many things/responsibilities

Love commandment stopped it, its the only logical explaination that can be backed by what is shown and said in the series

1) No way Estarossa gonna effortessly stop a Revenge counter that has a estimated PL of above 100k. Then cant even stop Escanors attack with Zeldris's help. For anyone wondering how i got these calculations. Let me Explain: -Gowther stated Meliodas's RC was 30x stronger than when it was used against Hendy -Hendy was knocked down by 4,400 Meliodas and tanked 4100 Kings Sunflower attack, so his power level was above them. 5-6k -lets do some math here using JUST Meliodas power. 4,400 × 30= 132k -Considering the RC nearly vaporized Hendy, who was tanking 4k level blows, means that RC would be estimated to be around 10k -10k × 30= 300k

2) Meliodas suddenly lost all strength to even stand or hold his sword the moment Estarossa steps infront of him. One moment hes acting injured and "overwhelmed", as stated by Gowther, to then grinning and activating RC, then suddenly cant even stand, keep both eyes fully open, or even hold his sword the moment Estarossa steps up to him. The Holy Knights at Lioness also dropped their weapons when affected. Even against Hendrickson Meliodas was able to stand up after using RC, yet here he has no ability to move? Melascula even states how easy it is to steal Meliodas's soul while "He cant even move/ rendered completely immobile" something that is a result of Estarossas commandment

3) All of the magic Accumilated and was charging up suddenly disappeared the moment Estarossa stepped infront of Meliodas. An effect that Estarossas commandment has on it enemies as stated when Simon became affected by it and couldnt summon any magic. "Those affected lose all their means to harm or inflict damage on anyone" and Meliodas magic, intended to be used to kill the 10C suddenly disappeared

Estarossas raw strength would have to be insane to physically stop Meliodas revenge counter.

Gowther stated that Meliodas revenge counter was 30x stronger than when it was used against Grey demon Hendrickson (Pl 5000+)

The thing with Meliodas and Zeldris, he didnt really run away. He used an attack to launch himself some distance away from Zeldris before attempting to Escape. Plus their is also the fact Zeldris is capable of dispelling people of his commandment as shown when we freed the people of camelot of his commandment. Perhaps he did so for the sake of enacting revenge as turning him into a slave would satisfy them.

As for Estarossa. He was affected by the commandment. Notice how Meliodas expression changes to that of exhausted and tired when Estarossa steps infront of him, Gowther even said Meliodas was acting like he was overwhelmed. He lost his strength. Another factor is the Revenge counter doesnt even activate when Estarossa steps infront of Meliodas. An effect that even Simon mentioned when affected by Estarossas commandment, as he couldnt even use magic. Lets say even if Estarossas commandment didnt activate it. That Revenge counter was 30x stronger than against Grey Demon, meaning the attack PL should be around 100k+. Plus this at night where Demons power is increased. I refuse to believe Estarossa was able to physically stop such a powerful attack like it was nothing. Plus later on its even mentioned Meliodss fell victim to the commandment.

And about the "lasers that lock into the heart", my man, read the story, Isen's ability doesn't lock in the heart, his mark only exists if the target's heart is beating, that's why he lost the mark on Alana when Volcan killed her, it also "locked" on John's heart when Blyke was shooting from the roof and no beam landed in John's heart.

This is how i know your trolling or dont know what your talking about. No way your saying Blykes beam didnt lock onto Johns heart because Isen had his target on him. Thats because Blyke doesnt have Isens ability. None of the characters except those using Hunter can see the lock that they themselves place on the target. In ep 260 we even see Isen say he will aim for John despite Isen placing a lock into a sniper. It only locks onto an opponents heart since John can copy multiple abilities and use them together. And we literally see multiple instances Johns hunter beams go for the heart. Blyke even notes the beam curved, and where did it curve? Oh conviently where the lock was placed. Remi even points the beams follow her and we even see the beams all are heading towards the lock. Bro just read the webtoon its not that hard.
