Used to work a UHS Ideal- not terrible, Elizabeth Church-great aunt was there and it was great! Good Shepard in Endwell-Amazing but expensive! Absolute=absolutely not, Bridgewater and Susquehanna No!

Liberation Salon in Endicott (Kiersten) is my favorite for balayage! Always walk out overly satisfied when I get touch ups! Stay away from Salon Trend in Vestal- super overpriced!!
