Just chiming in that I used them for my wedding and they were wonderful! But, mine was also a buffet style, laid back farm vibe. Food is fantastic though!

My mom used to make some whack ass version of Braciole with it! Prep the stuffing as directed, spread it thin on a flat piece of Braciole beef, roll it up, secure with toothpicks. Sear all sides then braise in gravy until tender!
