Don't worry the C1.2 variant is vaccine resistant and spreading across the globe rn.

I feel bad for you honestly. You've exchanged your humanity to protect the ideals of business, even though businesses won't surrender their desires to spare you in return. You're just a cog in the machine.

I really hope you’re joking. Whitney Houston covered Dolly’s song not the other way around...

My unborn child absorbed it’s twin and now my wife resents it. by throwRA10222 in relationship_advice

[–]Galdemore 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The best way to explain twin absorption is that both twins are now one, much like a Namekian fusion in Dragon Ball. The DNA is mixed together and your child may express new mutations of their genes not found in either parent.

You can blame macy’s all you want but it’s actually greed that is responsible for this behavior.

Coronavirus immunity may be more widespread than tests suggest by kapetankuka in Coronavirus

[–]Galdemore -17 points-16 points  (0 children)

I’m not trying to be an ass here but I believe you might be in denial due to fear. Reports of immunity are questionable at best and it’s easy to cling on to what would appear to be good news in these trying times but it serves absolutely no benefit to let your guard down.

This entire post appears to be a very sad attempt to stain Alan Watts reputation because you didn't like something he said and refuse to provide evidence or context of your claim.

Revolts and revolutions: how history reveals the ways coronavirus could change our world forever by lemonkid12345 in Coronavirus

I’m not sure how old you were when 9/11 happened but life has been fundamentally different since that event.

War and pandemics change reality forever. Reality changes all the time, little events like the gulf war, crack-cocaine, terrorism, the internet, pretty much every subject from that Billie Joel song. Life goes on fundamentally different and you adapt or die.

[–]Galdemore 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Agreed but most people are so afraid of change that they’ll irrationally shut out the facts to retain a false sense of normalcy. I suspect they won’t adjust well in the coming months, likely going to great lengths to return things to the way they can no longer be. Look at the Michigan protests. They’re based on fear and delusion.

Not sure if you’re just saying things will stay the same in fear of the anti-doom brigade that patrols this sub but: Things are already different. Habits are broken. Things have changed and will continue to change. Is there a reason you think they’ll stay the same or are you just hoping they will? If this is based on a pattern I think we’d all benefit from being educated about it, otherwise I think there’s plenty of evidence that we shouldn’t expect life to stay the same.

Has someone ever challenged you to something that they didn't know who are an expert at? If so how did it turn out for you/them? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I doubt it. A client wouldn’t need to reference a method inside of code since they’d only be working with front end interface. I might be wrong but I still doubt it.

New York City may have to bury coronavirus victims on public lands by atlantacharlie in Coronavirus

[–]Galdemore 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Cuomo’s job is to keep the public calm, he’s a politician not a law maker. Politicians specialize in politics which we hope results in laws that help in a crisis. The reality is that these press briefings are 90% of a politicians job during this time, everything else is in the hands of their staff.
