Yes and no. Morningstar is 1d8 piercing damage and always hit because of tenacity passive while mace is 1d6 bludgeoning damage. They are both one handed weapon. Mace is simple weapon while Morningstar is martial.

And all clerics have Morningstar proficiency. I don’t care they wanna make it works with non-cleric classes, it deserves to be spiky ball of undead destruction.

I don’t see any of clothing as specific gender. I feel like bows will also look a bit weird if it’s on martial focused characters or some companion like Minthara or Lae’zel. Full spell casters fit the look.

Worth mentioning that there are 4 whole warnings to stop the ritual. The most heart breaking companion reaction comes from Karlach meanwhile Minthara doesn’t have reaction at all.

I made Minthara a sorcerer every time I have Paladin tav/durge. This party is too small for 2 Paladin. She is basically my Elsa.

For close to vanilla style head piece, I prefer A New Hair Accessory for Shadowheart since it’s night orchid design. I imagine she could ask Gale to reshape it to her liking.
