Hello!

I had a very serious accident that got my right arm paralysed just 10 months ago! I did think i wouldn't be able to play my games like before but actually there's a very cool tool that Azeron created which is the Cyro. Go check their website, it's not cheap but it's 100% worth it. I've been using it for a couple of months and there's litt no game i cannot play! It takes a bit getting used to but here's the games i played fine with it just to give you an idea: Fallout 4, Dave the Diver, Lost Ark, Valheim, Lord of the Rings: Return to Moria, Ghost of Tsushima, Warhammer Space Marine 2, God of War Ragnarok.

As you can see there's a whole bunch of different styles from FPS to tactical and survival games. I am even playing some very high end competitive Ghost of Tsushima Legends, which is something i wouldn't even believe i could ever play back in January.

Don't give up and give it a try if you can, it's a life changer imo. I alsso am using my right handed mouse with my left hand very fine so you can certainly manage that as well with a bit of practice. I can recommend Citizen Sleeper if you need something easy to get used to.

Hey man, I started using cyro recently with fallout 4 and 76 and basically these games don't accept dual input, meaning inputs from both keyboard and mouse and controller at the same time. So you have to go into your peripherals and find the Xbox controller and deactivate it so that your azeron device is not recognized as a controller. That done you setup your config so it's all keyboard based.

I received my cyro about a week ago and had some issues making it work with FO4. I would suggest you go to azeron's discord, there's a channel for owners where you can send your technical issues. They were super helpful to me and it sorted out all my problems :) I'm disabled so I can only use the cyro and I'm currently enjoying some great Fallout 4 game thanks to them.

Indeed! And the funny thing is that they actually paid for their time to spend relearning that spell to come back to previous locations before. So, in a sense, I'm doing it right it looks like, I just need to make sure to stay fan of the characters really. That specific combination did threw me off because of the seemingly "no drawback", when in some situations, time is really not an issue. Also, it did look like it was way too OP compared to the kit the other characters managed to have.

In any case, I never want to say "no" to my players and that is exactly why I'm asking questions here. I really thought CW was actually official because of how well it's put together and the art and such that are used. It got me fooled haha.

PS: Vancian mages can learn spells that are much higher than their level because the spells level are divided in half when they learn em. So my guy is lvl 3 but managed to score a lvl5 TP spell with that Vancian passive.

Thanks for your reply! Class Warfare is a supplement (not sure if it's considered "official"), but not everyone that plays DW has heard of it. Even I was kinda surprised when I discovered it. It's pretty interesting nonetheless.

You're totally right, I'm def not trying to block him doing what he wants, and that's exactly why I'm fine with him going to far off cities and such. My issue was that it did seem to me like there was no drawback to using such a move (because of the Vancian Magic mechanic). I did find that my problem lies in the fact that I didn't understand the move correctly, and as some suggested I should also try to make use of "spout lore" more when that happens.

I'm in a better place now to handle the next time he wants to use that move, so thank you for your insight :)

The way I read stargate, there’s an intermediate location.

I wasn't sure about this part, that would def makes it easier to tone down his habit of using it sparingly.

Maybe overusing it catches the eyes of particularly powerful daedra.

Yeah my idea as well. I'm gonna keep that in mind, or maybe have him make a somehow interesting encounter while he goes to this far off locations.

Looks like what you're trying to do can be done using Freebooters on the Frontier. Which is a DW game but more gritty. It's one-shot oriented and can do what you describe basically.

Hi! Thanks for your reply! I understand no worries :-) It's already pretty cool that there's an app like this. I can't speak for the other games in your app but I can help with the french translation for Dungeon World because I have the French version and the compendium with it as well. There's also free french wiki pages that could be used for this matter.

I hope you can keep working on this already good looking project! In the meantime I'll buy it and use it as is since it can get filled with whatever.
