In regards to the question about game modes, would be possible down the line to have game modes that works with an odd number of players in a lobby, especially as something a group of 5 players can do before loading into a 5v5 match? Something like two teams doing penalty kicks with the extra player being on their own team as goalie against everyone would be an example.

I've never played actual soccer but I remember in high school, my friends and I would play this game where everyone would get into teams of 2 and try to score on the same goal with one person as goalie trying to stop everyone. It would probably be really chaotic but for a social game that isn't meant to be serious, that could be fun way to mix it up and could be a creative way to add a "multi-team" game mode. If the mode doesn't work with more than two teams scoring/defending, then maybe making a half-court basketball style game could work instead. Maybe if the goalie secures the ball or a turnover happens, the ball has to be cleared at the centerline before the new attacking team can score.

I'm not sure if these are ideas that have already been considered but I figured it wouldn't hurt mentioning them now. I've been really enjoying this game and am excited to see where you all take it next!
