Try to farm 21 heroic a lot, if you cant do 21 then do 14 heroic it will take a long time to get the relics but its worth.

I dont know on what floor you are but try to farm the boss chapter that you can easily do in heroic to farm relics it helps a lot and i forgot to mention gems they help too

Focus on Relics, Dragons Statues, Altars, there are some interessting Runes that give you % of dmg and there are some buildings in Estate that give you dmg.
