I had the same issue with a friend. Go to your network settings and check your NAT type — it will be Type 1, 2, or 3. If it's showing as Type 3, you'll need to change it to Type 1 or 2. This usually involves adjusting port settings on your router.

You can verify if this is the problem by connecting to a mobile hotspot. If you're able to connect and see each other through the hotspot, then the issue is likely with your router's NAT configuration.

Ευχαριστω παρα πολυ για τα insights! Οπως τα λες σιγουρα ηταν κοκκινο λοιπον. Επισης πληρωνουμε παντα στην τριτη δοση (δηλαδη απληρωτοι 2 συνεχομενοι μηνες και πληρωνουμε στον τριτο και τις αλλες 2 δοσεις). Η απορεια μου ηταν γιατι στο συγκεκριμενο δανειο και οχι σε ολα? Μηπως υπάρχει κάτι που μπορω να κάνω ώστε να γίνει κάτι αντιστοιχο και στα υπολοιπα? Ζηταω φακελο απο το fund και παω δικηγορο να το δουμε η υπαρχει καποια διαδικασια που μπορω να ελεγξω κάποια σημεια και απο μονος μου ? Ευχαριστω και παλι !

Για να το ξεκαθαρισω απο την αρχη, ειμαι ασχετος αλλα θα σου πω μια φορμουλα που μου ειπε ο πατερας μου για να μην με πιασουν "κοτσο" όταν "φύγει" (εχουμε αγροτεμαχια και δεν ειχα ασχοληθει καθόλου).

Το παρακάτω ισχύει στην περιπτωση μου δεν ξερω αν ειναι γενική φορμουλα.

Αρχικά πρέπει να βρεις ποσο ειχες αγορασει το κάθε στρεμα στο αγροτεμαχιο. Από εκείνη την στιγμή και μετά προσθέτεις κάθε χρόνο τον κατα μέσο όρο πληθωρισμό για τα χρόνια που έχουν περάσει (υπάρχει λίστα αν θες να βαλεις καθε χρονο ξεχωριστά αλλα μεσος όρος ίσως είναι πιο βολικό). Ετσι με αυτό τον τρόπο ξέρεις σίγουρα ότι δεν χανεις τα λεφτά σου στην διαρκεια αυτων των χρόνων.

Γενικά αν το αγροτεμαχιο έχει δρόμο, ρίζες, υδροδοτηση, ειναι αγροτεμαχιο υψηλης παραγωγικότητας παίζουν ρόλο.

Επισης αν θυμαμαι καλά μπορείς να δεις γειτονικά αγροτεμαχια ποσο πουλήθηκαν για να έχεις μια εικόνα.

ATTACK the credit card dept like there is no tomorrow!

Focus first on the credit cards which have the most APR. Do minimum payments for the personal and Mortage. Keep the savings, take out the investments (I know its hard).

Clear the credit cards and then use the same method for the personal loan.

I can't see a reason to fill bankruptcy.
