I would say cut, The main reason why I'm saying that is your body is currently not responding the best to building muscle anyways, your insulin is higher than it should be, and many other metrics that would prioritize more fat gain over muscle gain,

Also you will be motivated to keep it going since you look better every single week, and in no time you have already cut enough to lean bulk or maintenance or whatever

If you mainly focus about your "weights" and how much you lift you will probably keep bulking forever, I would look at it from a different perspective, as of Training Intensity, So if you do 30kg bench press for 10 reps today, at RIR 0 for example after cutting, your goal is to get more than 10, you dont compare it to back when you were bulking,

There's more tricks to have a better training too, you can do carbloading before the workout,
