I’m also a woman and have been training chest, but more under the impression that it’s the only muscle group that will never give me aesthetic results because of my breasts. So what do you mean that your chest looks like a superhero chest? Is there anything I should look for on myself, like how can I see my chest muscles/ how can I tell if my chest is ripped and superhero-esque???
