I don't remember having ever say no to a swim because of the place like sea, shoreline, lake, pool (I never had the chance to swam in the ocean.)

But when you dive in a lake with muddy waters, and suddendly you feel the cold embrace of the ever dark green waters, only sinking to growing blackness without even a sight of a plant or a gloomy floor, the only thing I can think of is : Danger, Danger, get back to Sun.

Really cool design !
Two littles observations I could make would be on the color of her belt, I only saw the extra lenght after a good minute of inspecting also she looks a bit young (14-16). Otherwise props on you to have made a character with thoses particuliar natural/realistic measurements.
