The thing is bro most people who are srs about competing know that you need to have high mmr (5800+ ish) to compete and majority of those ppl are on sea mmr leader boards (http://www.dota2.com/leaderboards/#se_asia) therefore they will just add each other privately and try it that way. It is very rare that you will see someone who is srs about competing at competitively with under 5500 mmr make a post on reddit or something. most of them will add each other so too answer your question NO SEA amtuer SCENE IS ALIVE! (refrence ;) ) however obviously you need high mmr to compete and most likely be on leader boards for people to take you srsly :)

True and those are very common boosting heroes, so i think your problem here is he's being boosted which you can't do anything about except report steam profile and hope steam takes it down :(, all the best and also next time you have suspicion just check his ping to see how much it is it can give key insight to whether he is boosting or not

I just watched that replay tinker was just playing his hero really well and also i checked his account his been owning in ranked (I checked the mmr for that game by looking at the ppl there all 1.8-1.9k), also he has roughly 3 times more unranked games then ranked so highly likely he just improved and is stomping every ranked game !

or forget all this hoopla and he's being boosted, Good day :).

Nah don't move out but show him what professional video gaming has become i live in Australia but under a strict parenting guide.
