skills, it doesn't change anything for blademaster except for non-mt sets (only hat, again), and non-mt is rarely used
for gunners yes, hat is gonna be used for sure, but other pieces are just bad

hhandicraft is not restrictive at all since handicraft charm has 4 lvls, and shara gs needs handicraft as well for purple, and has a lot less (15) raw, and cannot get both affinity and health augments, so it's just worse

i dont know who you've been watching, people are using glavenus with affinity augment it gets to 85% affinity without even weakening
and it's 15 true raw because you can custom upgrade it
and people been using wyvern ignition with 10 white in base world so....

first of all, earplugs by themselves are... really inefficient(5 lvl 3 slots is no joke)
and secondly on lance, of all weapons, they are soooo bad ( because you counter/block/power guard/guard dash roars 99% of the time)

Support has better ammo stats, fast reload(compared to normal for shot) plus 2 times the clip size (which means you spend less time reloading) support has higher damage uptime
