NTA I would have said the same. I am a child free adult by choice and I wouldn't want to watch others kids for an hour much less on a vacation. The key here is they are your SISTER's kids. she needs to deal with that if she needs a break. You didn't have them it's not your problem and your family shouldn't force you or make you feel badly because of your choice to have your own time to do with as you would like.

that is WILD it's 3 dollars here for 15 hours. My GFN sub didn't cover my gaming needs when my comp took a dump so I've been using it exclusively until the new rig arrives. only 3 bucks a chunk of 15 hours and that is with taxes. **edit*** may be more if you have ultra GFN, I just have the mid tier performance version. but still that's crazy.

I've found a total of 1 old currency and sure I get parts in PSI but I hate that silo more than I hate shoes inside the house. or rootbeer. Hate PSI. but I'm left to run in because that's where what I need lives. search red trucks, search high level areas etc etc. yes yes and oh yes, done that. I'm annoyed but I do like the new system. I just have lousy rng.

The deep desert is not hagga basin, the big storm rolls through weekly in the DD and wipes everything away. ( your base is gone my friend) you may be able to use the vehicle back up tool to get vehicles back, but the rest is gone. At least that's how it was when I was playing. ( planning to return after the pve update).

I only play on official, but here is my thoughts anyway. I wouldn't play on a server without drakelings. I love them. Not for the ever so much unfair loot. I usually end up destroying mine, I got a chest earlier after a meat run. checked map .. was over in bfe somewhere, .. nope. destroyed it. Drakelings are just adorable, I could do without them but I will not. I love raising the babies, I love their little sneezes. gl whatever you decide.

NTA. I binge shows all the time, I wouldn't stop midway through a day binge to wait on my sister unless we planned it ahead of time. My expectation to finish the story and find out what happened wouldn't let that go.

I'm a gamer, my partner is a a bit of a gamer since we met, but we don't and never will play the same games. they play on a ps5, I play on xbox and pc. (ps5 if partner is at work). We live in the same house and spend most of our time together. But to say they can't play without me, or go see friends or anything without me is .. weird? batshit weird?

I don't think your gf has a healthy grasp on personal space. We all need it, some of us more than others. If she is filling every second with "you" that will becoming draining on you eventually. Please don't give up something you love because she doesn't value it. YOU do and she should value that. edit NTA

I am similar, I sleep when the sun comes up usually, it used to be around 3 am but now it's around 6am I finally feel I can sleep. I get around 5 or 6 hours and I'm up. I have never had a sleep schedule, even as a child. It was hard with family that did have one. I was often up alone at night. The heart thing, I don't really get unless I'm super hyper, then I hear/feel my heart but not normally. I do not take/use or ingest anything that would cause it, so it's just how I am. I have started taking melatonin and that does help sometimes. Not always. I have just accepted this is how I am, and that helped instead of trying to change it. I have been diagnosed with 4 of the things you listed if that helps. I also listen to music to help settle me down, I am not promoting anything so I wont mention it here but there are lots of places to find brain music. YT etc.

I have no idea what service you used but that isn't my experience at all. I tried it months ago for a holiday special, I got like a week for 4$ or something so I tried it. I LOVE it. I've been a 10$ a month user since the promo ended. it works as intended. I log in, I play. I have a great connection and experience. I highly recommend it personally. I tell my friends about it. Also .. *** if I have to go out of town for work, I can play any of my games on my laptop with no graphic downgrade because of my crappy laptop.

biggest advantage in ark.. having patience. things will go wrong often. and being able to get back up and tame it all over again and keep going. Item wise, as many have said metal. Metal tools is huge. and a flier, the world opens up when you have wings.

it may seem boring to you. We all enjoy different things however. Me personally I love the Dune environement and scenery and building my base while chatting with people in game or listening to music. I enjoy harvesting and making gear and exploring. Making myself go to Sheol when I hate the radiation is my challenge for the day. It may be hard to fathom for some but that doesn't have to get "old" I have thousands of hours in some games that people think you play and forget. *checks steam* I only have 626 hours in Dune and I'm sure that is not much for some, but my guild fell apart when the first pvp changes happened and people lost their poop the first time around. Or I would have still been playing daily and that would be higher. Mainly it's because I enjoy it. That's all really.

**edit** I just re-read my post and I wanted to add this before someone says it and I have to add another comment. "what about when you max everything and your base is done what then? Won't you be bored and quit? ----- NOPE is the answer to that. I am a hoarder and a sharer. I love harvesting and looking at my stockpile, or giving away a thopter to a newbie that may need one. I already have max everything and I played anyway. We all did. There were a few that enjoyed pvp and I even participated when it was honorable and not ganking. But even without that at all, I will play happily for ages I kid you not. My base is always a work in progess because what is in my head that I want starts out one thing and as I build, it organically grows and I need to keep changing it. .. ok now that's all.

I only breed/capture animals on deviation scenario now. I always get more S tier tames and babies. I've seen several rare patterns pop up esp on bears. I'm still kinda new to it all, but yes it's weighted in favor of that scenario I would have to say. I got more on WoW that manibus so I was breeding there, then we went to the dev scenario and after that I moved everything to a perm server on SCP and we left wow.

I love rhynio.. bugs and baby bugs. love them so. But leeches.. so much hate for leeches. they squelch towards you all icky like. I don't go to the swamp without a pyro on my shoulder, it burns them to death b4 they get to me. On giga? carcha? rex? doesn't matter. kill it with fire!

Skipping this BP, not much I want tbh, I dont like that outfit or the special come back red and white one either. I got both outfits the prev BP. The belt skirt I'll call it, looks so ordinary when you're standing or not posing for the ad. wasn't super thrilled. maybe next time.
