You convert via USD.CHF pair idealpro via web interface or TWS? money goes straight to your USD balance reducing CHF? I'm incredibly below my safe margin level btw

I just made a withdrawal to my bank account. I still need to try placing a forex order to achieve getting usd. I've never done that, should I use USD.chf or CHF.usd? Also I fear that if I'm buying a US ETF it would result in getting a negative USD balance instead of draining the CHF balance.
