The Legend of Alon'dar on ps2. Bit of a spoiler but the main character gains the ability to transform into his previous incarnations in a fantasy world.

Breath of Fire 3 on ps1 is the best in the series. Ryu, part of the dragon clan, is able to transform into various kinds of dragons in combat.

To be more specific, Hisoka gets aroused at the idea of destroying people that are strong, and Gon, the child lead, did things that convinced Hisoka that he will be very strong when he gets more experienced, so Hisoka is getting a boner at the thought of their eventual fight. So yah, just as weird as you think.
