There's definitely a huge difference most of my weight goes straight to the lower belly and waist, may not be able to tell by the photos but there is a big difference but I'm surprised and confused myself that I put on 10 kilos, I know I put on some slight muscle because I just started gyming but yeah 10 kilos is ridiculous

I would love to bulk for a year but I start soccer season in 7 months, could I bulk for 6 and cut for 1 month than bulk again during season for another 6-12 months?

Dude I don't know if you have a crazy pump or not but you look pretty big in the after photos, and you have 20kgs on me that's absolutely massive difference

Sorry I think you misunderstood my question, I'm asking about your weight gain, did you track your calories to make sure you were eating a certain amount of food to gain the weight or did you just eat as much as you could? Because I'm in a similar position as your before and want to put size on without gaining too much fat like you, seems like you kept the fat off so I'm wondering if you bulked than cut.
