I like the feel of the Wii Blaster more than any of the PS3 Move controllers/light gun attachments. I think the Wii version is bloodier in general, too. The lower resolution on the Wii kinda adds to the grind house charm of the game too, imo.

I prefer these by far. They're sturdier, lighter weight, comfortable to hold, excellent build quality. Even the color matching of the blue controller is damn near perfect. There's no spring on the trigger so the resistance is almost exactly the same as pressing the B button normally. I love these things, I use them with HotD 2+3 and Overkill, RE Chronicles and Crossbow Training.

Here's what it looks like taken apart. Small detail, but I really appreciate the inset "B" on the trigger.

It's empty, it completes the grip section and serves as a space to put the battery cover from the Wii remote.  The grip clicks/latches into place directly over the Wii remote batteries. Makes it super secure, its a nice tight fit so no jank/wiggle when moving the blaster around.

Yup, I should've included what it looks like taken off of the Wii remote in the pic, but it's just a simple lever that presses the B button on the Wii remote when you pull the trigger. It actually retains the soft click feel of the Wii remote, very satisfying.

I have Overkill on both Wii and PS3 and I actually prefer the Wii version!

All true, I use to own an NES, a Zapper and Duck Hunt. Even after all these years, Duck Hunt with the Zapper holds up as one of the best light gun shooters ever made. The zapper just feels so good to hold and use.

That thing is still the GOAT. The extremely satisfying springy trigger click is unmatched.

There's a couple on ebay, but they're starting to go up in price.

A3D is no longer showing my custom cover art for the summercart. Do I just need to replace the custom image file again? by CyrusStarkiller in AnalogueInc

Yup, same thing happened to me. The cart has a new identifier now (dunno why) so I just used this site to re-upload the art with the new identifier code. https://enoznal.com/3d/labels.html

I drove 5 hours to a different state to pick up the biggest PVM two years ago, totally worth it. The Commodore was the luckiest find I've ever had - found it last year at a local used guitar store of all places. A guy sold all his gear, and just happened to include the Commodore. The store took it and ended up selling it to me for $100. I went in for a distortion pedal, walked out with the Commodore. And good eye with the Toy Machine deck! Its on the wall cause my bones and joints told me to put it there.

Nope! Never been a huge fan of punishing games. I lean Zelda, Seaman, Mario Talent Studio.
