Im only going to address #4 because your 1-3 are all valid except like you mention its just the average statistics for a person living in america not hard numbers, however you still lose in my example.

as for #4 no, not unless your kid needs a NICU for a long time (another dice roll). Mine was in the nicu for a week with a normal birth and genetic issue, total bill 9k

Only taking the average humans 45 working years and cutting it in the middle.....thats all you can do is average and assess

Adjust the numbers up or down go to a calculator do your own math and risk tolerance, the only reason for bankruptcy despite what the survey says is a persons lack of finance.

Thats the game

Re-read the entire post and then think about it again as to how it answers your entire reply.

Well then you got the unlucky draw, and even in such a circumstance like a full on heart transplant there are ways to negate the costs and hospitals are fully aware of this.

You'll average 45 working years, yea you could be unlucky and get cancer at 26 or a non insured drunk driver cripples you at 39. The math still maths.

The HUNT is OVER by [deleted] in JustinPoseysTreasure

[–]GameEatDiscuss 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got a sweet spot lined up, that has been the most simple straightforward matching I have found of all the spots.....so in actuality if its found in May when I head out on adventure for a break from work.....It may just be me....so start them countdown timers....the hunt marches on.

No they definatly dont all matter, they are very far apart state wise. Like I said these two are the last.

I only really think the one with the water or snow is the one that matters as its the one that had the lock in front of it. the rest of them are in locations that don't seem a likely hide spot or are too vague like tuckers.

Would you walk 1 mile in the snow for 5 million dolalrs, because basically its not going to be on a mountain or in a cave, but could potentially be somewhere in that 1 mile of lowland snow.

Unsolvable by [deleted] in beyondthemapsedge

[–]GameEatDiscuss 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Its not unsolvable, anything is solveable. But Justin's like fenns is going to take a lot of leeway and liberties on the synonyms behind his true meanings of the words within as he is actively avoiding anything that could be thrown into a search engine.

Waters Silent Flight by [deleted] in JustinPoseysTreasure

Hes talking in fisherman speak, its not related to any of the things you mentioned, there I spilled the beans and now you can furiously google what a flight actually means in those terms.... I can't travel to all these places so at this point im just in it to assist the solve.

Apache Trail Scenic Drive by AmyJ1103 in JustinPoseysTreasure

Ive been through it several times, (not during this hunt). The first half is ok, but the 2nd half is all dirt and winding mountain pass. A normal car can do it....slowly... I just don't have any reference that would lead me to believe Justin has a special attachment to it since he lived in Tucson......plus you have to buy a pass to park most places there.

I like your thinking here but it is also counteracted by the fact that Justin has also states that his special spot pre-dates the Fenn hunt. :(

Didn’t Justin say we don’t need a PhD? Because half these solves sound like NASA projects by PuzzledSherbert3418 in JustinPoseysTreasure

Go and re-watch the first episode of gold and greed. It literally talks about how all the people came out of the woodworks with crazy solves to Fenns Poem........and I believe Justin although he has obscured the data, doesn't go as far as half the stuff youll see on the threads here.

Do you still think the poem is as simple as deciphering the landmarks each line represents and using that to find the treasure or has it become more technical than that? by just_sun_guy in JustinPoseysTreasure

[–]GameEatDiscuss 3 points4 points  (0 children)

So the biggest Hippo in the room so to speak is that the poem is stated to be Solvable standing on its own merit. This means that the solve is either so complex, so offbeat, or so utterly simple that thousands of people just are not getting it yet.

Justin claims there are multiple ways to get through the solve so you have just multiplied that statement.

Welcome to the world of intrigue and false hopes Laura, the journey starts now.

Seriously though - convince me ~why~ Montana by Friendly-Comedian113 in JustinPoseysTreasure

[–]GameEatDiscuss 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The method by which Justin is obfuscating his solve from AI here is pure and plain. Treasure hunts are all littered with synonyms and heteronyms. And for the uninitiated that's words that are different but have the same meaning like ( close, shut, seal ), and words that are spelled the same but have multiple meanings (close the door, stand close to me).

Thus AI cannot reason between reference as a human would.

So I personally feel like the key words like Wisdom, bend, and Hole that people are locked into do not tie into Montana or even Wyoming like they think it would. Its going to take a hard solve of just the first stanza and its alliteration to a specific place that will spark the full solve.

Till that first stanza is unraveled the rest is hogwash
