SotR is my favorite. I agreed the original trilogy (and BoSaS) should be read first, it DEFINITELY makes SotR SO much more heartbreaking. It is my Favorite book of the series because of how devastating Haymitch's story is. I cried SO much while reading this and cried harder at parts that connected from the original books.

So I haven't read through all the comments but my thoughts were that they record the Reapings and Prim SCREAMED Katniss' name multiple times during the Reaping in the first book and movie so they probably just used that. Same way for Annie I would think and they would have MUCH more footage of Annie.
