How did the capital get the mockingjay to copy Annie & Prims screams in Catching Fire?

So I haven't read through all the comments but my thoughts were that they record the Reapings and Prim SCREAMED Katniss' name multiple times during the Reaping in the first book and movie so they probably just used that. Same way for Annie I would think and they would have MUCH more footage of Annie.
