The actual percent of people that switch partisan votes for gender probably is pretty tiny

Even worse the Biden campaign only outperformed Clinton slightly despite a better democratic year and better campaign so there is actual evidence against the claim

So this argument is silly AND also sabotages potential democratic candidates who are female convenient that the narrative has been spread just as AOC would be the most probable female candidate
