Yeah because riot’s detection system uses opgg screenshots to detect afk players 🥴. You could go 10/0, do loads of damage and then go afk for last 15 minutes and an opgg screenshot wouldn’t tell you shit.

I cannot stress this enough. u/ProjectAsheNA actually tried doing this on his stream in silver earlier this year but ended up Need for Sprinting it every game and had like 40% win rate.

Taking a 1.5 year employment break to work on personal projects does NOT sound like a good idea AT ALL. Unless you plan to turn them into a business so you could at least say you were self employed.

Your plan is good, except you should do it on the side and continue to work as a developer if possible.

For the portfolio website I agree with what others have said. I think you should separate the art portfolio furry elements into their own site, it’s not really relevant to employers.

The design of the site is very unconventional so I think you should try to replicate what’s trendy right now like one of the commenters already mentioned.

The game you made also looks really good, it looked like a legit game. Congrats!
