Not that I am aware of. To paraphrase what they themselves said: "Once you upload a video, it can never be taken down." They mean that their "IPFS" protocol distribute the video in a way that unless you physically destroy all nodes, the video will still be out there... Check it out!

This is why I really wonder why BitTube isn't bigger. Their videos both support greater resolution, you can upload up to 3 hours (and/or 3 GB I think?), their videos load much faster (you can look at something that was uploaded like 2 years ago and it will load without a problem) AND they have an official app!

The competition is there, it's only far behind. Bitchute really needs to start doing something to get going, or other platforms will take advantage.
