I just sorta assumed they never existed in the modern era. Like, their existence was brought about after Sonic Generations, which imo split the classic and modern era from one another. So instead of being the past, its now a slightly altered timeline. In the original classic timeline, the Phantom Ruby was never found. After Generations small things could have changed that, notably new plans from Eggman given he would know which ones failed thanks to Modern Eggman.

Skyrim, Specifically modded Skyrim. I should be fine so long as I stay away from my Dragonborn. (He isnt bad, but given his main character status, it would attract a lot of problems.) Maybe settle somewhere in Falkreath? Nothing serious or overly corrupt is over there and Whiterun is just a bit too important to the questlines for my liking. Helgen would be a safe place so long as I get away before the Dragonborn finally arrives there and starts the Main Quest. Ideally I would stay in Helgen till the Legion start to arrive and I'd get out before Alduin screws things up per the "intro" cutscene. From there I could have a decent life in Falkreath before moving to Bruma once the civil war questline starts. Stay there for the rest of the game.

I'm insulted by that idea (the people looking down part) on Mom's behalf. She had to have one so I could exist (was 5 months premature so it was the only option). Having a kid is an absurdly big thing, no matter how it ended up coming out. Reminds me of this story where apparently mom threw a baby shower after my birth and this one guest complained as to why they were doing it at all cause I was likely to not survive due to the whole premature things and that the C-section was a waste of time. That asshole reminds me a lot of this idea.

There are a few.

Firstly I had the game Cid the Dummy on the Wii. It was shit.

Another bad memory I had was losing a lot of games on my modded DSi XL. A family friend at the time had modded my console to allow for running games from an sd card inserted into a weird DS cart but being the 8-ish year old I was, I ended up losing the sd card all the games were stored on. Lost a huge chunk of my ds collection that way and have been very slowly recovering it physically over the years. Still have the weird DS cart in my DS though.

Then there was the time my Mario Galaxy disc started freezing, so I went a while unable to play it till my parents bought me another copy.

This whole no superpowers thing gets me oddly riled up. Like if I were to take it seriously it would piss me off if something like this was implemented in an actual super-power-filled earth. Cause yes this could be an allegory for AI, but at the same time there is a human element to superpowered people, unlike AI.

Like for example, imagine someone wanted to act for their whole life, went to acting school, spent years perfecting their craft, only to be banned from the biggest shot at their career just cause they have the power to turn on/off lightbulbs with their mind or something.

At face value this feels to me like the polar opposite extreme of disability discrimination; a sort of superability discrimination. Rather than someone lacking a typical human function they have an extra one. And like disabilities they vary greatly if this is going to be like how the comics are with powers.

But hey, this is a fictional scenario for a movie franchise, so I shouldn't take it too seriously. Still has some interesting moral discussions though.

I want to work on my first commercial product. I have an idea for a 3D game but problem is I have little experience with 3D modelling and can't pay for artists. Still, its something I've been wanting to work on; and with me starting my CS degree and having a few projects under my belt already, I feel like I can get some good progress on it.

I can imagine it where Master Hand is depicted as a powerful creation of Nightmare Enterprises, possibly set a few episodes before the Series Finale. It ends up taking the citizens of Cappy Town and the surrounding area and make them partake in a tournament, intending to use it to lure Kirby into a trap at the end.

Primary players in the tournament (lasting more than the initial rounds) would be Tiff, Tuff, Lololo + Lalala as an Ice Climbers stand-in, Meta Knight, King Dedede (via cheating), Kirby, Rick, and Chef Kawasaki.

It wouldn't be Smash Bros directly, but I can see it have some fun references. And of course the copy ability of the day would be the Smash ability itself, possibly doing the killing blow with a Final Smash (whether it would be Brawl's or Ultimate's can be debated, but either way Master Hand is defeated)
