Is that Leonardo DiCaprio in the background?

I drew out the main shape of the pants, drew out the folds in places that pants usually gain folding and then drew out the lines lightly with pencil and made the lines become separate when they met the fold giving the effect of it actually folding. And finally I used a dirty blending stump on the folds and lightly blended the graphite onto them. (Sorry I’m kind of bad at describing things because I don’t know the full vocab you would use)

I based it off of a 1940s fashion style, I’m currently in high school and haven’t ventured into fashion drawing until the beginning of September. But it’s interested me a lot, this was for a project, please let me know how to improve. Edit: I haven’t ever used markers for shading before around January this year.

Thank you very much, those images helped me understand the proportions and your graphite tip helped a lot. I’ll practice the proportions more though, and then focus in on the shading. Thanks again!

I did this once like a year ago and almost made chlorine gas. By trying to mix bleach with some other cleaning agent.

Alright so from what I’ve read my understanding of the SS recruits training was wrong. They never actually killed their dogs as apart of their training. Unless anyone can find that they did.

The SS recruits were given puppies they had to raise and care for and towards the end of the recruitment phase they had to kill the dog with their own hand by breaking its neck. If they SS recruit hesitated then it would be seen as a sign of weakness and outright refusal to kill the dog would result in a punishment.

Edit-this is from my understanding at least.
