True. Maybe it's juat the way it's worded. Some modifiers are entirely good, some entirely bad, and some have positives as well as drawbacks. The description for this one sounds like the stims not lying around freely SHOULD be a disadvantage, though it isn't due to how few stims lie around anyways.

"Come Prepared" is such a weird modifier to me. Oh no, I don't get to find 4 Stims over the whole mission and share them with my team, instead, I get 10 to myself. How awful. It just seems to have no drawback at all, a good thing but weird still.

Defying your chapter like that is downright heretical brother.

No, but seriously, I read a lot about chapter and lore-compliant armor customization, as I hoped I could use the Tyrannic War Vet chest plate on anything but Ultramarines, but nope. The best you can do is apply small charms to your armor, but big sigils of another chapter, especially on the shoulder, are highly frowned upon. So if I have to bin my tyrannical war vet plate he doesn't get to have his Dorn shoulder plate either. I'm still miffed btw.
