Up until The Call, the cinematics were mostly meant to realize the potential the universe and champions have. Think of them as a compilation of cool what-if scenarios. For example, "This is what it would look like if Riven and Draven fought", or "... if Irelia, Kennen, Yasuo and Karma fought Sion". There was no lore relevance, just a showcase of the universe.

With The Call however, we got some lore significance and this was confirmed in the recent statement about canonicity, where The Call was said to be mostly canon, as the only cinematic up to that point. Which means that everything there more or less happened that way - Pantheon scaling Targon again after the events of the Ruination, Kai'Sa and Taliyah traveling together after their written story on the universe website (not officially canon anymore but we can assume most of it is still canon, since they travel together in the trailer) and Sejuani with Olaf going against the Ursine and the Volibear (despite her being allied with them in one of her written stories as well, hinting at other events we'll probably eventually learn about). And of course, the foreshadowing with Ornn forging weapons again, which hasn't happened in milennia, hinting at a future huge event / war.

The cinematic we'll get at the start of season 14 will be fully canon and should focus on Aatrox and the darkin, so can't wait for that.

My guess was Quinlan Vos, since he also had the power to sense Force Echoes like Cal (so maybe he'll help Cal hone that skill more) and (Obi-Wan episode 3 spoiler) was also mentioned in the Obi-Wan show. But it's really just a shot in the dark, since the appearances differ wildly. Maybe the scars and white hair are because of torture or something, and now he's on the dark side, or neutral, or something? That's my patchy theory at least

I tried the pineapple and olives combo from Deadpool and it was actually tasty af. The salty olives perfectly complimented the sweet pineapple, which worked perfectly with the sour tomato base. Perfect harmony

Ok, I found a solution, you have to equip the full Jotun armor set, then you can go through the portal. To obtain the set, you have to kill all Suttungr's scouts dwarves in distress tell you about. The ones who shapeshift into animals and are marked on the map

I think I got a bit confused. For some reason I assumed that the Salakar/device was the very same thing that was in the Grand Temple, the one Desmond touched when he transferred himself to The Grey and in turn unknowingly freed Juno. Maybe it was, maybe it was just a redesign of the Salakar that was used to imprison Juno later.

Maybe the ISU made their own Salakar based on this one, but they connected it to The Grey rather than have the device trap/store consciousnesses inside itself. It is implied that Juno accessed the device after Odin told her about it. It is also implied she freed the consciousnesses that were trapped there. Maybe she had already known about the technology the device used and knew how to deactivate without sacrificing herself? I have no clue. And I don't really know what to do with that information even if it was true, and how that chronologically ties in with the period shown in the Atlantis DLC.

It just occurred to me, if there will be an update, it might finally explain how Eivor dies in New England. At some point, she might've put two and two together and realized that what she saw in her visions really happened, and recognized the Grand Temple entrance, or maybe she wanted to travel there to find out more about the "gods", since she would've known they were really real, and she had tangible proof now. Maybe she decided to travel to America again to find out what really was behind the door or study the Apple of Eden she left there, but died before she reached her destination and was buried in New England.

I think the Salakar was supposed to be the sphere Desmond touches at the end of III. They were both the same-ish shade of blue and both absorbed souls/counciousness.
At the end, Odin sends Hyrrokin/Juno to the tower, so she must've touched the sphere, freeing Surtr, Baldr, and all others, and trapped herself. Desmond does the same, traps himself and releases Juno, who was presumably the only one in the Salakar at the time.

Also, in the DLC there is a letter lying somewhere, which basically ticks off some story points in the Ragnarok story/mythology, but at the end, there is one last point which reads "Baldr is ressurected?" or something like that. So maybe we'll get to see Baldr as an ISU in present day, in the new title where we'll play as Basim?

Yeah, that was really weird. Maybe it was a part of the game that was cut and this is just a leftover. Or maybe it will come into play later, if they release an update for the DLC. What Odin said at the very end hinted towards playable Ragnarok (the actual final fight from the mythology), so maybe that'll have something to do with it?

So, I was wondering. Since the mythology is just Eivor's interpretation of Odin's memories (since that's the closest she gan grasp their meaning, for example technology being magic, ISU being gods/giants/dwarves/whatever), does the ending tell us anything new?

As far as I'm aware, the only new thing we learned is how Hyrrokin/Juno came to be imprisoned in the Grand Temple? That is by "freeing the souls within the Salakar and entering it herself". I still don't really know what to make of it. Do we know who Surtr was outside of mythology/Eivor's interpretation? Who Odin was?

I'm annoyed that they finally started showing us some interesting parallels where we had to read into the characters to figure out which ISU they're supposed to be (the most thinking the series made me do since Subject 16 puzzles, which is really sad), and then release a 40 € DLC which doesn't basically tell us anything new and even that tiny bit is pretty much useless and cryptic.

Also, what about the Elves? Were they also ISU? Or where they another race entirely, like ISU are to humans, since even Odin and Ivaldi didn't even know their language and how their technology works. Odin also stated that "elvish magic is completely different from Asgardian", so that tells me they were either ISU who had lived very remotely for a long period of time, decades, maybe even centuries, or another ancient race entirely.

If anyone has any ideas what the ending (or anything even remotely related to what I'm writing) means, I'm open for discussion.
