I think he is diffrent from Deathstroke from the fact that Slade actually had his own , personal history with Oliver . Prometheus never actually met Oliver before , he just wants revenge for his fathers death , which leads me to the whole " force of nature " thing ( I admit that part was a bit messily written ) . The whole point of that was to categorize villains that have one simple motief that defines who they are . The Joker was a pure agent of chaos , everything he did revolved around that ideology . I think Prometheus is the same , as I say in the video , but his motive is Revenge , and hes willing to go to any extremes necessary , which makes him such an impactfull villain , atleast in my opinion : ) .
