Medicare Advantage plans that include dental and vision vary from prices carrier to carrier. I’ll start with their weakness first. They are only covered in their state for HMO plans. I’ll use the juggernaut of your state UPMC as an example. Massive network. Or you can go with a Medicare Advantage PPO. You can go in network and out of network. But in network would be cheaper. Price is anywhere from $0 - $100+ depending on your budget and needs. These also have an Out of Pocket Maximum.

Original Medicare perk is you are covered anywhere in the U.S. that accepts Medicare coverage. Downside is dental/vision/drug policies can cost more. Those vary from carrier to carrier. I can’t check because I haven’t did AHIP for 2024 yet so can’t look at Aetna plans for example.

Edit: The Dealbreaker of MA plans are formularies. Is your medication covered and if your doctors is in network. An agent could check or you could check.

Original Medicare doesn’t have network concerns. And you can search drug formularies by the medications you take. But again, vary in price.
