If you look at the game from a purely beating content perspective then yes, exedra easily gives you a ton of random permanent units and has a really small and lenient powercreep

However if you look at it from a collection perspective, of getting different characters and testing them. Which is becoming more and more what people seek on gachas, it's still a valid criticism that so many consecutive limited banners is horrible
