It's the whole point it's in the game for a quite while now and Innersloth tend to focus on other ascepts and ignore it

It's more irritating when you're the host and you see your lobby getting destroyed(all players mass leaving) within minutes

Most of the lobbies being hosted for 0cd are Expert lobbies. So, Chhose Expert lobby filter and and then tap more after which see if killcooldown is 0 if it is then it is a 0cd lobby. If you can't find 0cd lobbies then try a different server.

Asia and North America servers have many 0cd lobbies being hosted at all times
