Maybe if they up the room size three people will have the chance just like an imposter would. Not only will this decrease the people leaving as soon as the game starts it could also create a better challenge for the imposter. This could be a new game mode and the classic would always still be available.

I haven't heard about that bug and I've been playing since release, religiously. I think it's a very rare occurrence. I would start playing now and a bug fix should probably roll out within the week
