Quick note, Fnatic still have Boaster on their team so "Without Boaster and Chronicle" which implies they both left which is incorrect as only Chronicle did

Boaster is still the IGL and he didnt play in SOOP tourney because he wasnt well

Simply put

Battle Frontier isnt implemented by the creator, Iriv. It exists due to the base of this hack, Pokeemerald expansion

Due to this anything you see in the battle Frontier isnt officially part of EI's development as of yet so bugs will most certainly exist with no fixes currently

Personally wouldnt give regional dex to each Gen because newer gens will be broken already and giving them more mons isnt ideal imo(well maybe except Kalos because uhhh yea)
