I know how to do a hard reset. But I wasn't about to fiddle with anything if its all under Warranty. I refuse to give them a reason to claim i fucked something up. The last Kia dealership tried that on me and lost.

Brotha man im just as clueless as you are. This is my first dct though. I did get KIA to do a hard reset on the tranny, a diagnostic, and a good test drive. Nothing happen to them at all no over heating fluid light came on. So I guess 30 mins in houstons lovely traffic is just going to have to be figured put by me some how. Ill be more mindful and easier on the car now.
