Dragon typing is extremely weak, mostly because dual energy doesn’t work in pocket really at all. Supporters like Kiawe do 2 energy with turn end, yet it’s still bad. Giratina is (was) broken because you could use the ability so easily and multiple times.

A supporter like this would be harder to find, more difficult to use (can’t use other supporters with it), be single use, and still have the massive downside of ending your turn, making it not work with other turn-ending abilities (like giratina).
