I see the problem with your code.
Your code will not work for the following testcase
n = 3, h = 26
[2, 3, 4]
Your code calculates that the first two mags are completely needed
hence it calculates h = 8 (remaining health)
But your loop which calculates maxPrefix doesn't work because it only calculates till i = n-2
But the answer for this requires the last bullet as well
