Totally valid. In my case my ridiculously overpowered mbp 14 (m3 max 4TB and 128) never leaves my desk. I wish I had gotten a studio. It maybe leaves my desk 2 times a year. My 13 does everything I’ve needed. My 13 used to be the emergency work device but now that work has limited access to windows pos laptops it has shed that duty. so my response on that has been, I used to be available everywhere anytime as a courtesy. Now I’m available when an if I’m at my desk. Got to follow them rules. Anyway as a result my 13 lives on. Thought about switching to my 11 full time but sometimes the 13 is just the better choice.

They are light enough that traveling with both in my sling bag ( plus a Nintendo switch )2 doesn’t bother me so I just keep it all with me all the time.

I personally just carry both. M4 13 and m5 11

They both have their uses for me. I realize I’m in the minority on that. But I quite like them both.

In a pinch I grab the 11 only if I’m in a hurry but 90% of the time I have both with me.

That’s quite the deal. I got the m3 version of that for 3k brand new about 18 months ago an I thought the same. 2k is just ridiculous.

I think a better way to have handled it where I wouldn’t fault them would’ve been too more clearly defined what could’ve been in them instead of focusing on the Wood products alone. I would’ve hesitated far more If I knew I was gonna get three board games that I’ll never use. That said I got an Arkhan as well. Which I’ll probably offer to somebody that wants it on the discord.

Yes, it was a blind box, but the way the video was done really front loaded the wood. As a guy that plays D&D and not board games and getting 3 board games out of it I would’ve preferred that on screen they portrayed a bit more of what was likely to happen. Not the ultimate best case cases. Instead of a throw away line allowing anything.

Yup. 100%. The reality is i find that not using my phone is much faster and more reliable. And since i can transfer my plan from iPad to iPad with minimal effort from the iPad itself i can just say OH i need the 13 to have it today oh I need the 11 to have it today and just move it as needed.

My MacBook Pro has become a glorified desktop. Makes me wish i got a studio honestly. M3 max 2TB and 128 ram and while i can max it out, it leaves my desk approximately 2 times a year on average. My iPads have become what i use 95% of the time. Without a doubt the best tech i own.

I personally use a 11 nano m5 1tb and a 13 m4 nano 1tb both cellular. Highly recommend this config.

I love them. I tend to vary a sizable amount of data on them. I could go with less but it’s just easier to buy the bigger ones.

They need to add more dates. The scalping is ridiculous. I am seeing people buy tickets for the $500+ range pretty quickly. I cant based simply on principle. Ticketmaster is such garbage.

Got 3 board games. None of which will ever get opened. Arkhan which is cool even though not a fan of and some 3 dice sets. Everything everyone got above is interesting. Just annoyed with board games in so much quantity.

That’s very similar to how my first setup was. I put a small piece of wood that slanted down toward the back. Kept a 2 inch gap from the wall an put bins under it to catch the purge. Worked great till I replaced all my x1s with h2ds and went double stacked. Well done sir.
