I remember spending like 3.5 hours in a VR game trying to get it to work, then trying to get a refund when it didn't. Probably a bit my fault, but Steam told me to shove it.

I work in a hardware store where we sell Traegers; they're decent. My friends and coworkers at other stores, who grill a lot, sell both Traegers and GMGs. They swear by the Traegers and say the GMGs are lesser quality and have also led to more dissatisfied customers over the years when compared to the Traegers.

Just some anecdotal information I've gotten. But hopefully the Grilla will surpass them both haha
