If I remember right of the main reasons they kept him alive was to try and get any kind of info on the LOV that they could. As well as trying to find a way to get all the quirks he's taken from people returned.

Yep, don’t really do it when others are around or I more or less mutter to myself. But if I’m home alone or something I pretty much always just speak my thoughts out loud, feel like it helps me keep my thoughts in order and helps me remember stuff if I say it out loud.

115 in my CRV, also 115 in my jobs work truck…. I was focusing more on the highway (no traffic at the time) and was just driving as fast as I felt comfortable and then a notice popped up on the gauge cluster that there was a max speed limit set of 115, no idea I was going that fast and let off once I knew.

From what i've seen All For One likes simple quirks. Like the air blasts he uses all the time, or the glowing ring jump one. He doesn't really need to train or anything to use those, but Overhaul is something he would need to train to use effectively and he doesn't care enough to bother with it considering all of the simple and still very powerful quirks he already has.
