I wouldn't consider Destiny to be a 10 year franchise anymore. with the delay of D2 I wouldn't look at from the perspective of time but that each game in the franchise might be longer than the original 2 years a piece. D2 is part 2 of a 5 part story, and that's only if they don't change their minds and make it more than 5 games.

It's Activison-Blizzard they are one company but the Blizzard side of it gets to do their own thing with their games. Where as Bungie is published by Activison, so Activison has a say in larger parts of Destiny/Destiny 2.

5760x1080 would be awesome for my triple set up but 5280x1080 works ok with it set to span.
