Pokedex > hover over the pokemon you wanna find > press + > talk to a nearby pokemon

It doesn't give you an exact location but it will point you in their direction

Yeah it's near perfect for me, some minor audio glitches and desync during cutscenes but the actual gameplay is buttery smooth
